And I’m glad you’ve found your way here. I’m a Certified Adult Chair® Coach, Access Consciousness - Bars Practitioner, and Sound Healing Facilitator, here to help you rediscover your strength, worth and truth.

I know what it feels like to be lost, to face trauma, abuse, and a loss of identity. It’s like feeling disconnected from reality itself. I’ve been abandoned by my parents at a tender age growing up feeling alone, with no sense of worth or identity. It was a true struggle.

As I walked through life, yearning for acceptance and validation, I attracted unhealthy relationships into my world, enduring physical and emotional abuse. Back then, I didn’t have the self-worth or boundaries to realize that I deserved better. I was constantly seeking approval, asking myself “what does it take, to be accepted?”. My reality was shaped by others, and I lost touch with my true self.

As a young adult, I finally embraced my sexual orientation and true self. It wasn’t an easy journey, facing religious judgment and adversity. But it taught me to stop looking outside for validation and start embracing my own identity and truth.

As a single mother, I faced adversity head-on, fighting for my teenage daughter's life as she battled depression and cancer. I learned to show up for her with unwavering will, strength and resilience through every experience.

Navigating through these empowering experiences allowed me to face my current struggles and reality today, and why I help so many people dealing with vision impairment and disabilities by re-purposing towards a new life’s path and identity. My life’s trajectory propelled me to enhance my abilities and overcome limitations.

Through these teachable moments and inner work, I discovered that all the support I needed was inside me. I could validate and accept myself. I could create my identity, I could conquer any challenge that came my way.

And my purpose now is to help you do the same. You have the strength and determination within you to overcome any challenge you face. I’m here to guide you, to unlock your inner power and strength using the tools and techniques that have helped me.

You are here for a reason, my friend. You have the potential to live a beautiful life with your time on this earth. Together, we can mend brokenness, reconnect with your unique self, release guilt and self-doubt, and embrace a new sense of self-worth.
